Ask a Question

Muzzle Alliance receives questions about pet care, local resources and the businesses we recommend. Write us whenever you’re working through something — whether it’s about choosing a pet sitter, understanding vaccination requirements, or finding help in your neighbourhood. We read every message and reply when we can, drawing on our fifteen years running community pet services and our network of volunteers across Miami.

What we can help with

We publish guides on choosing and preparing for pet care, emergency response, vaccination requirements and local resources. If your question fits into one of those areas, you might find an answer on this site before you write. We focus on the decisions pet owners make directly—selecting a sitter, preparing for boarding, understanding what to ask about at intake. We cannot advise on medical conditions, legal liability or insurance claims. For medical questions, your veterinarian is always the right place to start.

When you’ll hear back

Response time

Our volunteers manage this site around their own work. Most messages receive a reply within a week. During summer months and holiday weeks, replies may take longer.

What happens next

We read your question and write back if we have something useful to add. Some questions we can answer; others we direct you to someone who can. If you’re asking about a business recommendation, we explain what we know and why we send people their way.

Share the details we need

Use the contact form on this site to send us your message. Tell us your name, your location (neighborhood or zip code), what you’re working through and any details that would help us give you a better answer. If you have a urgent question about an animal in distress, contact your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic—they are the right resource for immediate medical care.
