Privacy
Muzzle Alliance collects information about visitors to this site only to understand how people use it and improve what we publish. We keep the information you share with us secure and never sell it. This page explains what we collect, how we use it and what choices you have.
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your information for marketing beyond this site.
What we collect
When you visit this site, our server records your IP address, the pages you view, the time you spent, and your browser type—the standard information every website server keeps. If you contact us through the form on Ask a Question, we collect your name, email address and the message you send. We keep that information to reply to you and to understand the questions people bring. We do not use contact information for any other purpose without your permission.
How long we keep it
- Visit data
- Stored by our hosting provider for up to one year, then automatically deleted
- Contact messages
- Kept in our inbox until we reply and you confirm we’ve answered your question; then deleted unless we ask your permission to keep a longer conversation
- Browser cookies
- Session cookies only (cleared when you close your browser); no tracking cookies or third-party scripts
Third parties and external links
This site uses a web hosting provider to stay online. The hosting company can see visitor IP addresses and pages viewed but does not have access to contact messages. We do not embed tracking pixels, analytics services or social media widgets that follow you around the web. This site does not use Google Analytics or similar services.
When you write us through the contact form, your email address stays between you and us. We never add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Links
This site links to other organizations—veterinary resources, government agencies, nonprofits and pet services. When you click those links, you leave this site and their privacy policies apply.
Questions about this policy
If you have a question about how we handle your information, or if you want to know what we’re keeping about you, contact us using the form on Ask a Question. We’ll respond within two weeks and explain anything that isn’t clear in this policy.
